As an Inspection and Letting Agent at Harcourts Reforma, I love being part of the moment when someone finds their new home. One of the best parts of my role is calling applicants to let them know they’ve been accepted, I can feel their smiles and excitement through the phone, and it never gets old.

Before joining our team, I spent three years in administration at another Harcourts branch but wanted to play a more hands-on role in helping people secure their next home, I made the move to Harcourts Reforma and haven’t looked back.

My strongest skill is communication. I believe in keeping both landlords and tenants well-informed at every stage, ensuring they always know what’s happening and feel supported throughout the process.

I’m proud to be part of such a supportive and collaborative team, and I genuinely enjoy meeting new people every day through my role. I hold a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, adding to my professional background and experience and am excited to be working toward my Level 4 Property Management Certificate, which will further strengthen my skills. 

Outside of work, I’m a big family person - you’ll often find me at a family dinner or relaxing with friends, especially if there’s a pool involved.
